So, I may be out of my element here BUT, I think that this would be a great feature to be implemented if there isn't already a way to do this in Jevents.
Here's the setup: we're a game store that does a mix of store and customer-run events. We ask out customers to submit an event when they want to reserve a table: once we review the event and approve it, the table is space is theirs for the taking.
The problem we have is that most customers don't have a foggy clue as to how to format the events or how to follow guidelines so, is there a way to auto-populate the 'submit event' form with those guidelines?
I can't imagine that this feature would not be useful to a host of Jevent users but, if a way of doing this exists already, I'm going nuts trying to find it.
Any assistance you could render in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
