Hello,
is it possible that a table (tables have different number of seats) is also reserved for an event? The number of seats at the table should also be reduced accordingly.

Apologies for the slow response to your post.

I don't think I understand what you mean - can you give a more specific example?

Are you looking at a restaurant type situation where you have X tables for 2, Y tables for 4 and Z tables for 6 and you want people to reserve a table and NOT go over the limit for each table size?

If this is what you want then you need to enable option capacities (which I think you have done already for your FF-ball event template.

Thank you for your reply. But at this point I don't really get any further. I have two conditions: the total number of visitors and, in addition, the individual tables with the respective possible seats. Can both conditions be taken into account?

Let me understand - you have a table with 4 seats and it if is selected you want to add 4 to the total number of attendees?

Would this approach work?
