Hello,
We recently relocated the site, both server account and domain name changed, and since then the jevents type menu items are not working. They redirect to 404 page. https://visitthessaloniki.travel/el/epiloges-stin-poli/hmerologio-ekthesewn is a date range menu item.
Backend seems to be working, even updated to the latest version. Any ideas?
Kind regards,
Softweb

That seems strange, can you check the menu item access level? Also check they are actual menu items and not URLs and URL structure may have changed?

Many thanks
Tony

Hello Tony,
The menu item access is set to Public and the menu item type is date range. https://visitthessaloniki.travel/index.php?option=com_jevents&view=range&layout=listevents&Itemid=1628&lang=el
The old site (kept temporarily for backup and migration reasons) doesn't have the issue.
Any suggestions are welcome.
Kind regards,

Hello Tony,
It turns out the culprit was a specific event that had a .webp image. As soon as we disabled it everything worked fine.
Kind regards,

Good detective work!

Could I get access to a dev site where the webp image causes an issue and I'll review as to why?

Many thanks
Tony
