Resolved Bug for 12/24h time display mode

The time display is always on 12 hours mode. The 12 hours checkbox is not working. If I uncheck it in the event manager and save my event as soon as I edit this event again the 12 hour checkbox is checked.

Change the default setting in the JEvents configuration on the event editing tab
