my JEvents Slideshow Module is locked, events are not scrolling
what do you think could be the problem?

Your site is now loading bootstrap 5 whereas the slideshow module is compatible with bootstrap 4 or less.

I'll take a look at adding a config option for this now/Joomla 4 flag.

To be honest I thought I'd already done this :(

Actually - I just checked in Joomla 4.1 and Joomla 3.10 and the core Joomla code loads the carousel libraries correctly. Your Helix template has intercepted this code and isn't loading the carousel javascript.

You will need to check with the template developers for the best way to resolve this I'm afraid.
