Resolved Where is "Development Tab"?

I just "successfully" installed JEvents (com_events1.4.3RC.zip) and in following the Installation steps have ground to a halt after step 2.

Step 3 states "You must then click the following links in the 'Development' tab in the JEvents control panel in order."
The only tabs I can find are in Components --> Events --> JEvents Configuration and they only include Component, Calendar, Latest Events, CSS, Tooltip and About.
The only selections I see it Events control panel, if that is where I am, are Manage Events, Manage Categories, Configuration and Archive.

I can't find the Development Tab. I must not be looking in the correct place, I guess or I need to install more of something?

Would you please help me to progress?

The installation instructions are for JEvents 1.5 Alpha. You installed JEvents 1.4.3RC, so you are not affected by step 3
