Resolved Use FLOAT Layout for Latest Events Module

A few months ago Geraint told me that if I have the latest Jevents installed and float, I would have the option to use the FLOAT layout in the Latest Events module... I'm not seeing it...

Yes it does - if you have the latest version of JEvents and the float layout installed you can select the float layout as one of the standard outputs in the latest events module.

It's in the latest version. Can you use your club account and I'll provide a copy of it. We have only recently finished developing it for release.

I'm logged in via my personal account, (rytech123), what exactly do I need to download? A new version of latest events module or a new version of the float template?

At present we have UiKit float support, are you using uikit in your theme? or a different framework?

We are using flatplus, float in jevents. Or main template is gantry...

Where would we turn 'on' uikit'?

Hello Laura,

I am sorry you can't turn on uikit and you wouldn't want too on top of Gantry. geraint is currently working on the float native one and will have it ready soon!
