I updated one of my websites today, 9/19/17, to Joomla 3.8. Prior to this there was no issue with the way the Event Calendar displayed on the screen. NOW it is all messed up. The left-hand column while in the Event Calendar has totally disappeared. I checked the settings for this on the login module, and they are correct.
Attached is a screenshot of what the Event Calendar looks like now.
