Hello, first of all I thank you for their extension is very good, but I have a problem, it turns out that with a template the extension was fine but I changed it and there are certain options that do not work for example when zooming the cursor to an event used Show the name and date of start and end of it but now I get a text divv class jtiitle or something like that instead of displaying the normal dialog box, I know it is due to the new template I am using, but I would like to know if There is some way to solve it, or that I can advise, when I say that the template is the problem I mean some compatibility since I tried with several old and the same happens but when using a new gives me those problems,
I would appreciate them, help me please:( :( :(

Hello,

In your JEvents Configuration under Main Monthly Calendar can you try the different Tooltip Type options?

Many thanks
Tony

Hi thanks for the prompt reply, the options you are referring to are within the control panel or from the selection of the module within the menu?
I think the problem is because the templates I have used are incompatible with the last versions of the extension, since in the default template it works correctly, and in modern templates as well, I would like some recommendation of some old version of the extension that This is available for download or some configuration you have not yet seen,
Thank you:) :)

Hello,

As in my first post it states:

under Main Monthly Calendar

When you open the configuration you should see a link for' Main Monthly Calendar' and then an option for tooltip type.

Thanks for your reply, as in the previous message attach an image with the option that you tell me, but I do not see that change specifically, since as I said before the problem is reflected when using certain templates, attach 2 images where You can clearly see what I mean, thank you

Hello,

Then there isn't too much we can do. I would advise contacting your template developer to fix the jQuery/Bootstrap issues. It should follow the Joomla! Standards.

Many thanks
Tony

Hello,

I'm afraid we don't provide old versions due to security changes and incompatibilities. JEvents 3.1 isn't compatible with Joomla! 3.6.x

Many thanks
