Resolved "First day" 1.43 SVN

When changing the "First day" from sunday to monday, i still have sunday as first day of the week, how can this be fixed?

I selected the week view and got 10. to 16. for the current week which starts correctly with Monday.
Be sure to have installed the 1.4.3RC package.

Well, i have installed 1.4.3RC but it shows up in joomla as SVN..

For some strange reason, monday is now showing as the first day of the month and week.. I have not done anything between posting in this forum and this post.. the only thing i can think of, is that i emptyed the cache in joomla
