Resolved Install problem

I am trying to install the latest alpha version and keep getting the following error

Warning: zip_entry_read() [function.zip-entry-read]: The bytes parameter must greater then zero in /joomla/libraries/joomla/filesystem/archive/zip.php on line 239

I assume this means there are files with 0byte size, which indeed there are.
Has anybody seen this before or know the solution.

I am using php 4.4.7 if that akes a difference.

seems this is a problem with joomla 1.5.2 and version 4.4.7 php. Changed to php5 and all working fine. :)
