I have completed the French language file
Some lines were missing (for example First, Second... for recurring events)

Hello,

what do I have to review ?

I installed the file on my sites, in the right folder, it works !!!

NB : I preferred to translate First, Second by 1er,2ème ... rather than Premier, Deuxième...

Translations are done and managed by volunteers so it depends on people wanting to help. We had a Russian package some time ago and you could start with that:
