Resolved HTML shows instead of tooltip

Tooltips have been working fine but we now get just HTML code when hovering over a calendar event. Searching the forum we can see that this issue has been raised several times but we can't seem to find an answer that works.

Any clues would be appreciated. Example attached.

Hello,

This is usually down to the theme and a JavaScript error. Could we get a link to review?

Thanks Tony,

Yes it was the theme - Helix Ultimate - now using Bootsrap 5. We've reverted back to an earlier version as it seems the changes affect other thrird pary extensions too.
