I would really aprecciate your help.

I changed the date and hour format of almost everything, just remain only one that I couldn't find in any file.

take a look at the image,

as you can see, in black, it's already changed, but this one in red I spent more than 24h and I couldn't find a file to change this one.

I know that in admin I can change between 12 or 24h display, but that is not the point.

Anyone could help?
