Hello Essiele,

At present JEvents doesn't support Joomla! Tags since demand has been low so we prevent them being used.

We do have individual event tag support with our tags plugin here;
https://www.jevents.net/products-new/addons/silver-addons/item/jevents-tags

We do want to migrate to the Joomla! Core tags in the near future. But as we haven't had demand we haven't yet got around to it.
