Resolved Dropdown fields are rendered with style width=0px

Hello all,
i updated my page from jevents 3.4.57 to 3.6.8 together with joomla update from 3.9.18 to 3.9.22

After that I get some display errors in creating/modifying events in the frontend.
Before the update, the page looked like in pic "vorher.png", after the update the layout changed to "danach.png"

As you can see, especially the dropdown fields have set an element.style attribut now with width=0px (style.png) which makes event editing or modifying nearly impossible.

Does anyone have a clue how it comes and how to overcome it?

.chzn-container {min-width: 220px;} to your Jevents Custom CSS?
