Resolved Dashboard - Screen Layout / Formatting Issue

When I open the Dashboard admin interface, the left side of the dashboard has a bunch of empty white space in it. I uploaded a pic of what I am seeing. Has anyone else seen this issue? The same problem has appeared in several recent product versions. Any suggestions are appreciated.
