Hello,

I have read the features page and specifically like the integration with VirtueMart since we already have that in place. We have an event manager on our site, but there is no integration between it and the Virtuemart, so users that need to pay for an event and buy cart items, the processes are separate.

Here are my specific requirements:

We have members, non-members, and corporate sponsors. Members get discounts to our monthly event registration price. Corporate sponsors are half or full table (3 or 6 seats) and get free seats at each monthly event.

1. Our current membership module adds a user to a Joomla group based on the type(s) of their membership (member, corporate half, corporate full, or both member and one corporate type). I need to create an event with multiple discount levels based on the Joomla group memberships. Additionally, I need the event to allow for individual or group registration.
Example: $40 per registrant event. A member logs in, and signs up for the event and receives $10 off. A corporate half table member logs in and goes to group registration for the event (or adds attendees to their registration) and gets up to $120 off ($40 x 3) of their registration.

2. Since our standard event happens monthly, having the ability for the corporate sponsors to select from a list of people they previously registered for an event.

3. Schedules change, so the person who registered a group being able to modify the attendee name(s) on the registration until XX days before the event.

4. Duplicate attendee checking at registration. ("Error - A person you are attempting to register is already listed as attending this event";)

Hello,

1.) This is fine you can block the fee to certain access levels. And you can set the fields to apply to each individual and the add guest button will appear and they can add guests.

2) You can invite users by group. And you have have a invitiation list based on a previous invite list you created.

3) Yes thats built in by default

4) This happens but only for the registrant, the person creating the session if not logged in. You cannot add additional users from the user database.
