Resolved payment page stopped working

My payments page stopped working
https://smartsailing.org/ru/schedule.html
if you continue with reservation which is by choosing a tour and filling the form and click to attend. It is supposed to open a payment page which has URL of something like
https://smartsailing.org/component/rsvppro/?task=attendees.record&at_id=217&rp_id=545&Itemid=1510

But it does not come
