Resolved Language Pack installation help

How do I install the language pack I donwloaded here?

Joomla language installer does not accept it because could not find the core language for the language pack offered here.

Any guidance is appreciated.

If a language pack is not installable then unzip it locally and upload the files to the relevant JOOMLA language folders (NB not the JEvents language folders)
