Hi

We are looking for an event booking system to help manage booking.
We are using Hikashop to sell courses that we offer so for this booking system to work we need a way to have people book for a specific day, when they click book now the system must add the "Hikashop" product (Which is linked to a specific course) to their cart.

We then need to be able to see who has booked for which course and on which date.

Can your plugin do this.

Thanks

Hi Tony

Thank you for the feedback, the reason I asked is because Hikashop interfaces with our E-learning system to enroll people into the courses so it is critical that the "Workshop Product" is added to the cart during the booking process otherwise the person will not be able to access their material for the workshop.

I see it also allows for coupons is RSVP Pro compatible with Hikashop's coupon system as well as AWO Coupons.

So just to confirm what you are saying is that it is guaranteed to work.
I assume I need the Gold subscription for this is that correct.

Hello,

Ahh I see :-).

Our coupon system is different to Those you mention, but since you are checking out you can use Hikashop coupon system to discount the event as you wish.

It is added to the cart exactly.

And yep Gold will be needed.

Many thanks
Tony

Thanks for the fast reply

One more question we are currently using DP Calendar to display our event dates, I assume JEvents has its own calendar, is there a way to import the events from DP to JEvent or Will we need to create each calendar entry from scratch.

Hello ialearn,

I will need to re-test DP Calendar, but I would assume they have an export function like an iCal which and just be imported for the events. But if DP Calendar have any custom fields / methods it's likely these won't be exported in the iCal file.

Many thanks
Tony
